Embracing the Unknown of the Garden

S1E3: Embracing the Unknown of the Garden

EPISODE NOTES

Can a retreat in the African wilderness change the course of your life? Join us as we explore a journey of intentional self-discovery and courage.

The release of this episode is another full circle moment. My Dad just went on his second Track Your Life retreat with Master Life Coach, Boyd Varty, at Londolozi Private Game Reserve in South Africa, and this episode is all about his first retreat there.

In this conversation, we share the story of how my Dad embraced the unknown on the Track Your Life retreat he attended in 2019. From tracking wildlife to sleeping under the stars with lions nearby, he found himself confronting some deep-seated truths. The awakening came in realizing that it wasn’t too late for him to get on the track of his life.

Key Takeaways:

  • Animal tracking can be a powerful metaphor for connecting more fully with yourself.

  • As you evolve, the track of your life will, too.

  • Courage allows us to stay present in the face of the unknown.

  • It’s not too late to get on the track of your life.
