Fall Up, as the verb, is at the heart of what we are consciously choosing to do when we meet our grief as an invitation to grow and transform.
Grief can have so many edges. It can be so messy and confusing. While grief and death are intrinsically linked, at the most fundamental level, grief occurs anytime we have an unmet expectation or unanticipated transition. Sometimes even when we have an anticipated and even longed for transition, grief can take root then, too.
When our founder, Jasmin Jenkins, arrived at the place where she was no longer burdened by her grief, she received a spiritual calling from the Divine to serve and support others in healing and integrating with their grief.
Here at Fall Up, we honor the spectrum of grief, and hold space for all of the different ways grief and loss intersect with our lives.
Jasmin supports you with The Fall Up Method™, which was gifted to her by the Divine. This method softens the edges of grief through a simple, sacred framework. Jasmin, working in partnership with the Divine, guides you back into your heart and into remembering that you have the power to choose healing at any given moment—when you pause, breathe, and remember that feeling is the catalyst into healing.
Through Jasmin’s journey with grief, she has experienced and witnessed plant medicine as one of the most powerful accelerants for healing grief. In her work as an Integrative Grief Guide, she collaborates and partners with various plant medicine practitioners. Jasmin is deeply grateful that plant medicine is an elemental part of her work.
Ultimately, Fall Up provides the space to be seen and guided through our unique grief journeys, with everything from our One-on-One Sessions to Mentorships, Circles, and Healing Ceremonies. You’ll also find us in partnership with organizations including, Kensho, Quilt, and Wellset, as well as on guest podcast interviews, at retreats, and speaking engagements.
