Celebrating Our Feelings

When we think of celebrating, we don’t usually think of grief. So why “Grief as Celebration™”?

Grief shakes things up. When we experience loss, an old identity is being shed, and letting it go creates room for us to grow and renew. Within this shedding and transformation, we find a profound invitation to become more present with our hearts.

Going through this process is a journey. Celebrating and honoring what we loved, alongside welcoming and embracing the new.

Instead of being ashamed of your feelings, why not be proud of and celebrate your big feeling heart?!

Celebration comes in many forms, and we will explore and expand into what that means for you during our time together.

We can get blocked in our healing when we try to hang onto the old identity. Suffering comes from resisting our reality. Deep healing comes from letting go — allowing the infiniteness of love to heal you.

The Fall Up Method gives us the supportive framework that guides us from loss to celebration.

Ceremonies

Grief as Celebration™ Ceremonies are now available and can be tailored to your unique healing needs and desires. These interactive ceremonies incorporate The Fall Up Method, intentional reflections, music, and flower petals. Grief as Celebration Ceremony Feedback

“It was amazing. My sister and I have been struggling with our father’s death for a year now. We felt alone and misunderstood. Hearing other people’s stories made us realize our grief is valid and that it does not have an expiration date.”
